Hike with Katy

You are nature. As we remove the barriers society has created between ourselves and the natural world we can sense this. You can heal yourself by spending time being present with forests, mountains, oceans, and rivers.

This hike is to help anyone needing guidance to reconnect back to nature, learn how to tap into it in simple ways that you can take home with you, and how to continue the practice.

During our hike you will

  • be in the energy of play and connection

  • experience Earth through all of the senses — nature will help you slow down

  • quiet time and meditation

  • learning about your breath and allowing it to support you

  • learn how nature holds you in discovery of yourself

We will do a thirty minute breath and meditation to start the event. This will help us to drop into our bodies. As we then move our bodies on the mountain we will be able to listen from the energy of the body rather than interpreting everything we see with our conditioned brains. A portion of the hike will be done in silence so we can continue to “listen’, and feel the energies around us. At the top of the mountain, we will present an offering to nature and share about the experience.

The earth shows us that we are wildly, and uniquely beautiful. It shows us that we are a part of the tapestry of life happening around us. Walk away feeling lighter, and more connected to your self and your intuition Walk away trusting your intuition to live your life alive.

** Please note this is a moderate to hard hike and will require you to hike at a moderate pace.
